What Are Some Unique Ways to Spread the Good News?
When we consider ways to spread the Good News, we often read about different approaches. We may hear of techniques like the Romans Road or the bridge illustration. Those are both excellent methods, and believers are wise to be familiar with the message of the Good News.
Are there additional and more unique ways to spread the Good News?
Yes! Each of us has a story that is only ours of how we came to know God. God has changed each of us in different ways. At GFA World, we love to hear how God has worked in lives across the world. We encourage you to share your story with others as a way to share the Good News of Jesus’ love.
How do we share the Good News in hard-to-reach areas?
Our missionaries share hope in Christ in word and deed. GFA makes it very easy for you to support the efforts of national missionaries in Africa and Asia. You can support these missionaries directly through monthly giving. You can also give to help provide items that missionaries distribute to people in need. Some of these items include:
– You can provide national missionaries with livestock that they can gift to people in need. This gives a family, often those living in extreme poverty, the ability to have a steady stream of income from selling eggs, milk, meat or dung as fertilizer.
Sewing machines and pull carts
– These resources provide income-generating tools for women and men who wish to start a new business or make a current skill more efficient.
– Providing literacy classes or training in other areas helps people learn new skills that can provide more income.
– This daily necessity is often very difficult to find, so when a well is drilled near a community, the availability of clean water makes a life-changing difference for all.
When you sponsor a national missionary, you can spread the Good News of Jesus’ love in practical ways. These missionaries serve where they live and in cultures with which they are very familiar. This gives them an advantage! They can share God’s love with thoughtfulness and sensitivity.
